I had to step away from the blog due to some events in my personal life, but I am back with something new!
Presenting my Monthly Photo Diary! I will be uploading these within the first week of the next month, so I will be starting with the month of May.
These won’t necessarily have a theme, just my favourite photos from the month!

I’ll start with this photo of one of my cats – Grisha!
She’s so cute! I always feel like she’s making such an effort to not look at the phone while I take photos of her.

This was taken while I was sitting on the bed with my other cat, Titan.
I love when she sticks her paw out, and usually she will pull it away before I can take a photo. I got lucky today!

I started watching Fallout, and was very surprised when Titan sat down in front of the TV and watched too.
She really enjoyed the lasso from one of the opening scenes.

I was out to dinner with my parents at Champs Sports Bar when I saw this stool.
Needless to say, I got a bit of a chuckle from it.

I took this photo in my parents garden.
I love looking up at the sky through the trees, and the sky looked so pretty that day, I couldn’t resist taking a photo.

These flowers are growing at the base of a large tree.
I believe these are Allium giganteum, I think they are so pretty. The shade of purple is so lovely.
If you could grow anything in your garden – what would you like to grow? I would probably grow roses, daffodils, gladiolus, and hemlock.

Grayson!
She is really difficult to take photos of as she is constantly moving around.
She was watching something outside the window, so I was able to snap a photo while she was still for a moment.
Her yellow colouring is starting to come through now, she’s so pretty.

This sweater came from Target.
I picked it up when the weather turned out to be colder than expected while I was dog-sitting.
I’m kind of in love with it – it’s very soft and the design on the front reminds me of the jumpers my grandparents used to get for my when they went on vacation.

Rhododendron (Great Laurel) in bloom, right outside the window.
These flowers are so very pretty – I saw a hummingbird feeding from one, which was quite a sight!

That’s all of my photos from the month of May! I’m sorry that it gets cut off at the middle of the month, but that was when my life was thrown into chaos, so I was somewhat distracted from photography.
I am doing better now though, so June should be a full and exciting post.
