Good Morning Lovelies!
Happy Friday to you! How are you today? Are you looking forward to the weekend? I hope that your week has gone well, and that your weekend is everything you need it to be.
I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend. I have a couple of chores to do, but other than that, I am excited to catch up on some reading, and maybe do some painting.
Today’s post is Episode 4 in my Journal Photography series! I do hope that you’ve been enjoying it so far. Any suggestions on how I can improve the series are always welcome too!
Let’s get right into the photos, shall we?
Journal Photography: Episode 4

This week’s journal spread is the one I created for Tekko!
Tekko is an anime/nerd-culture convention that takes place each year in Pittsburgh. I’ve been attending for about 8 years now, and this was the first time in a few years that I attended as a regular attendee; usually I’m in the Artist Alley.
On the right page, which you can see more clearly are my favourite photos from the weekend. I cosplayed Red Hood/Jason Todd on Saturday, which you can see in the pictures!

On the left page, you can see some ephemera I picked up from the convention; including the logo of two of my dear friends, Manifested Dreams. I’m really looking forward to the commissions I got from them this year!
I also stuck in some of my favourite business cards that I picked up.
You can also see that I got my photo taken with a Macaw. There is a bird rescue that attends the convention every year, and I like to support them however I can. Especially now that I have Grayson in my life.
I put my little description of Tekko, which I typed out on my typewriter, on the back of a cute card that I got from one of the artists at the convention.
And that is it for this journal post! I hope that you enjoyed it, and I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
