Journal Photography: Episode 11

Good Morning Lovelies.

How are you? How was your week? Do you have anything going on during the weekend? Have you started your holiday preparations?

My week has been going pretty well. Work has been keeping me busy, though I am looking forward to re-arranging my office this weekend. Something fresh to prepare for the new year I suppose.

Today’s post is Episode 11 of my Journal Photography series. I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything from my journal.

Let’s get right into it, shall we?

Journal Photography: Episode 11

This week’s journal spread is of my recent trip to the Carnegie Museum of Art.

I decided to keep this spread pretty simple, so there wouldn’t be much to distract from the art. I have a postcard, a receipt, a sticker and a cutting from the museum guide as ephemera here. I also have the little tag that the Museum gives you to show that you are a guest for the day.

The photos feature a sculpture and a painting that you can see in my Snapshots post from Monday. Both of these photos serve as little interactive flaps.

This photo shows the details hidden under the photo flaps. It’s just writing this time, as I wanted to keep things simple.

Both photos were taken using my iPhone 12 and have not been edited.

And that is it for this journal post! I hope that you enjoyed it, and I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
