In today’s post, I am going to be sharing this really cute little mystery camera that I picked up.
It’s called a Kodak Charmera, and it’s a tiny digital camera on a keychain.
There are 7 designs in total that you can get – 6 regular designs, and then 1 chase design that is rarer than the others. I have a picture later showing all of the designs.
Let’s get right into it – shall we?

I got the Type 03 Camera! I think they’re all pretty cute though. Which one speaks to you the most?
Now that we’ve freed the little guy from his mystery box, I can share some of the details:
- Support photo taking and video recording
- 4 frames and 7 filters available in photo mode
- 1440 x 1080 image output; 1.6M megapixels
- Rechargeable battery
This camera was inspired by the Kodak Fling, which was a pioneering single use camera originally launched in 1987!
I put a 128GB MicroSD memory card inside the camera, which is the largest you can use. It will be a while before I need to empty the card off. (Memory cards are sold separately, though several retailers will sell a card as a bundle with the camera.)
And of course, I had to take a photo!
I really like that this camera is a keychain, and I can just clip it on to my bag when I’m out on adventures.
Lastly. I’m going to share a couple of photos I have taken with this camera.
These images are straight from the camera – no editing.
I have not yet tested the video capabilities of this camera yet, as I bought it for photos, so I can’t speak to that.
